Read a report
Use Findings, the Action plan, downloads, and related report sections.
What it is for
Each completed scan can open a report with score/grade context, Findings, an Action plan (7 days / 30 days / Continuous), remediation guidance, and optional change-vs-previous information.
When to use it
- A scan finished and you want prioritized next steps.
- You need a PDF or JSON export for sharing.
How to do it
Step 1 — Open the report
From New scan, History, or Domain scans, click View report.
Step 2 — Review Findings
Read each finding’s context, evidence, and remediation. Use Copy finding id when you need a stable reference.
Step 3 — Use the Action plan
Open Action plan and switch between 7 days, 30 days, and Continuous views.
Step 4 — Download artifacts
Use Download for the PDF when available, and Download JSON when you need the raw report payload.
Example
After a production scan, you triage Critical findings first, then schedule 7-day items from Action plan.
Good to know
- A priority score or bucket label is a product prioritization aid, not an official cyber certification.
- Change vs previous run appears when the report includes that comparison data.
- Deepen the analysis may appear when coverage was partial.
- Reports can be pending or unavailable depending on plan/expiry — see Report or PDF missing.
Common problems
Download is missing.
Wait for completion, click Refresh on History, then reopen the report. See Report or PDF missing.
