Human report review
Request a human review of a report from Billing.
What it is for
Human report review is a paid add-on from Billing: you request a review and receive an email reply in English within the stated SLA. It is not a penetration test or certification.
When to use it
- You want a human reading of a report in addition to the automated output.
How to do it
Step 1 — Open Billing
Go to Billing and open the Human report review section.
Step 2 — Request review
Follow the on-screen fields and click Request review — {price} € (price shown in the UI; commonly €99 when configured).
Step 3 — Wait for the email
Expect an English email reply within 2 business days when the service is configured.
Good to know
- Available on paid plans when Stripe is configured.
- Delivery is email only — there is no in-app review inbox.
Common problems
I paid but see no in-app status.
Check the email inbox used on your account (and spam). The product delivers the review by email.
